Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lumingem. This policy explains our order processing, shipping charges, delivery estimates, and international delivery terms.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Origin & Delivery Estimates

Orders are dispatched through our fulfillment network based on product availability and delivery destination. Standard delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

For destinations currently available at checkout, shipping charges are calculated based on the order subtotal:

  • Orders below US$50.00: US$9.99 shipping
  • Orders from US$50.00 to US$99.99: US$4.99 shipping
  • Orders of US$100.00 or more: Free Shipping

The shipping charge displayed at checkout is the final shipping fee for the order.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking & Address Accuracy

Tracking information will be provided once available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the recipient's name, delivery address, postal code, email address, and telephone number.

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at shopify@lumingem.com with your order number and relevant details.

We will investigate with the shipping carrier and provide assistance in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
