Returns and exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery in any country we ship to. Custom products are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges. Customers cover shipping costs for non-quality-related requests. Read our Refund Policy before sending an item back.

Send the product link and your sizing question, and we can help you review the available options. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
